I’ve had three coaching sessions with Elizabeth now. These have been of help and not only did I go away feeling motivated and inspired but I identified clear actions and goals to work on. She is insightful and non judgemental. Now it’s up to me! Sean Corby, Musician and Artist Manager. After four life coaching sessions with Elizabeth Lynch I gained clarity, focus and confidence in the areas I was seeking to discuss. Her ability to articulate my thoughts and present them back to me in an order that made sense was really helpful and allowed me to take time to reflect on the real issues I was seeking to address. The friendly nature of the sessions also helped put me at ease and I felt able to discuss any topic in an environment of trust and support which really helped me to gain an understanding of what the real areas of my personal development were. Tamsin Ace, Participation Programmer  Southbank Centre July 2011

I live breathe and eat creativity, at times I have so many ideas in my head that I am unable to think, unable to focus! However since meeting Elizabeth in 2006, she has helped me channel the creative chaos in my mind, into a refined blue print.

Having Elizabeth as a Mentor is extremely beneficial, not only do we work together to create a clear structure helping me achieve my aims and objectives, but her journey as a female creative, inspires me to push boundaries and disregard any limitations. Her infectious positivity and lucidity has contributed to the discovery of my Theatre Company; Golden Delilah.  She is a strong inspirational force, an oracle of the Arts!’ Anniwaa Buachie, Director and Actor, Golden Delilah.

I have recently finished a course of coaching with Elizabeth, I found her a very positive and inspiring person to work with. She encouraged me to look beyond my immediate situation and explore the possibilities that lay in front of me. Her suggestions ranged from the very practical to the more challenging – including a change in attitude which was needed. She was understanding, open and genuinely interested in my development. I feel I have made significant progress towards my goals in the last 6 months definitely aided by her. I’d have no hesitation in recommending her as a coach to others.  Rachel Nelkin, Music Development October 25, 2010
